The faculty at KLA have an average tenure of over 12 years.  Our teachers have a genuine affection for and loyalty to the children and families we serve.  Student development is assessed at regular parent teacher conferences, but our teachers have an open door policy and parents are encouraged to reach out to any of our staff at any time as a resource for educational development, parenting or any other question.  Just as our faculty cares for the families we serve, we at KLA care about the development and well-being of our staff.  To that end, we offer health insurance benefits, 401k plan, as well as paid sick & vacation time.
